Exonerated Man Rips ‘Chicago Police Torturers’

Jackie Wilson, a Chicago man, who was wrongfully convicted for the deadly taking pictures of two law enforcement officials in 1982, was awarded a whopping $17 million settlement on March 14.

What occurred to Jackie Wilson?
