Under we define among the nuances of our findings.

Discovering help

Folks’s expertise assorted in response to the connection that they had with the victims. For these on the scene of the kidnapping, the feelings and trauma skilled was heightened.

Sick-health, age, and skill to resist stress additionally elevated the burden on household.

Our contributors unpacked the help mechanisms they used to strengthen and provides hope to the fast household of the kidnapped individual.

The church was a pillar of help for some. Others turned to relations, pals and neighbours. Others took loans to pay for the discharge of their relations.

Buddies and brothers risked their lives to barter with kidnappers in addition to take the ransom to the den of kidnappers.
