Dr. Arianna Deans stands on the intersection of wellness, schooling, and inventive expression. As a pacesetter, educator, and entrepreneur, she has constructed a profession devoted to empowering communities and curating transformative areas, whether or not by way of pupil affairs or sound therapeutic.

Deans ultimately moved to Los Angeles, earned her certification, and launched Harmonic Hertz in 2021, mixing sound therapeutic, music, and schooling to deliver mild into group areas.

She later accomplished her doctorate in Social Work on the College of Southern California, specializing in creating inclusive areas for college students. At the moment, she helps holistic pupil improvement at USC and serves because the Managing Director of the Composers Range Collective, advocating for underrepresented voices in music.

“I all the time knew proudly owning a craft and having an artist outlet could be part of my life,” Deans mentioned.

Rising up in Georgia after being born in Panama, she was surrounded by music from an early age — studying piano, violin, and performing in musical theatre. Though singing wasn’t her final skilled pursuit, she now plans to combine her voice into sound therapeutic classes, mixing her artistry into wellness in a deeply private approach.

Harmonic Hertz gives distinctive sound baths that transcend conventional singing bowls, which most sound healers depend on as a very powerful function of their class. Not Deans: she has curated experiences like “Harmonic Symphonies,” a signature class incorporating world devices like rainsticks, ocean drums, and even a customized West African harp.

She explains, “I needed so as to add textures to sound…sound is such a cultural connector for us, particularly in Black communities.”

Her dream extends past providing wellness courses — Deans envisions proudly owning a devoted studio area and bringing sound therapeutic into colleges, notably for Black and underrepresented communities.

“Music, hip-hop, jazz, blues — it’s about dialog. Sound therapeutic may be part of that legacy,” she shared.

Via Harmonic Hertz, Deans continues to carve new paths for wellness, community-building, and inventive management in Los Angeles and past — making certain that therapeutic, like music, stays a robust, accessible drive for all.
