ColorComm CEO Lauren Wesley Wilson’s New Book ‘What Do You Need?’ Is a Blueprint for Career Success

In her EBONY interview, Wilson emphasised the significance of self-awareness and understanding one’s wants in skilled settings. Wilson highlights the importance of strategic considering in profession development. She emphasised the significance of repackaging and simplifying the idea of DEI to foster higher understanding and collaboration throughout various backgrounds.
