Chanel and Tribeca Festival Announce 2023 Artist Awards Program

Chanel and the Tribeca Competition’s annual Artist Award Program dinner will happen June 12 in New Yor Metropolis. Robert De Niro, Jane Rosenthal, Paula Weinstein and Chanel host the festivities.

Artists Ana Benaroya, Beverly Fishman, Christie Neptune, Lisa Lebofsky, Natia Lemay, Patricia Encarnacion, Renee Cox, Sheree Hovsepian, Shinique Smith, and Wanda Raimundi-Ortiz will honored. Every have been invited to contribute authentic paintings to be introduced to the 2023 Competition filmmaker winners.

“Tribeca and Chanel acknowledge the importance of illustration and the plain impression girls artists can have when their work and tales are within the highlight,” Tribeca Competition co-founder and Tribeca Enterprises CEO Jane Rosenthal mentioned in assertion. “We’re devoted to celebrating creativity and tradition, fostering various voices, and inspiring the event of a brand new era of visionaries. Our eighteen-year partnership with Chanel underscores our joint dedication to honoring highly effective storytelling, inventive excellence, and the spirit of artists supporting different artists. We invite audiences to hitch us on this celebration and uncover the transformative energy of ladies’s artistry, which displays our actuality and shapes our understanding of the world.”

This yr’s artwork assortment might be displayed on the Tribeca Competition Hub at Spring Studios all through the Competition, which runs June 7-18 in New York Metropolis.
