CBOs ambivalent about funding after budget briefing

Neighborhood-based organizations (CBOs)—together with main gun violence interrupters and reentry nonprofits—have been on the desk for Gov. Kathy Hochul and Mayor Eric Adams’s finances briefing on public security in Inwood final Wednesday, Could 3.
