The latest passing of Deacon Carl Ballton has deeply touched the larger Los Angeles group. A well known philanthropist and civic chief, Carl was beloved and admired by many for his dedication to uplifting the L.A.’s Black group.
Carl served as a senior vice chairman at Union Financial institution in addition to president and CEO of the MUFG Union Financial institution Basis.
