A involved neighbor in Wilmington, North Carolina, has sparked outrage after sharing a viral video that seems to point out a caregiver forcing an aged man to stroll exterior in a moist diaper as punishment.
Concern grew after a Fb person, Jonathan Maurice Pigford, shared a virtually two-minute video on April 3 that captured a disturbing encounter with an aged man sporting solely a shirt and diaper, who appeared to have been compelled exterior by an upset caregiver, allegedly claiming it was meant “to show him.”

Pigford continued addressing the caregiver, telling her the person’s habits is typical of getting old. The trade escalated earlier than Pigford ended the video, saying he was calling the police.
