Bystanders Jump Fred Marshall — Who Grabbed Woman in NYC

The viral TikTok captured a bunch of bystanders delivering road justice to the would-be kidnapper.

An encounter on a Brooklyn subway platform was a viral second of vigilante justice after a bunch of bystanders intervened to cease a person named Fredrick Marshall, who was seen on video violently grabbing and making an attempt to kidnap a younger girl on June 29.

In accordance with the New York Put up, the incident occurred round 9 a.m. Sunday on the Norwood Avenue J practice station in Cypress Hills.

Police said that 42-year-old Fredrick Marshall allegedly adopted a 20-year-old girl — who has since been recognized as Alyssa Marie on TikTok — onto the Manhattan-bound platform, confronted her, and bodily grabbed her when she tried to stroll away.

Footage shared by TikTok consumer @nicabori5 has since gone viral.

Wearing all white, Marshall could be seen within the video lunging on the girl as she yells for assist. Whereas bystanders watched, Marshall forcefully shoved her to the bottom.

A bunch of males close by sprang into motion.

As Marshall allegedly tried to restrain the girl a second time, a number of bystanders rushed in to drag her away.A scuffle adopted, and the group of males punched and kicked Marshall, and one shouted, “I’m gonna f*** you up!”

The girl from the video managed to flee from the attacker. Alyssa Marie was visibly distraught and was seen on video crying as she referred to as her mom.EMS handled her on the scene for shoulder ache and minor accidents to her arms and abdomen, in line with the police assertion.

Alyssa Marie wrote beneath the viral video, “I’m glad to be house protected, thanks guys for the prayers.”

She said that Marshall was a stranger to her.

Marshall, a Queens resident with no prior legal historical past, was arrested on the scene.

Officers discovered a knife and a blackjack in his possession. Marshall was charged with a number of offenses, together with third-degree assault, tried assault, weapon possession, and harassment.Regardless of the violent nature of the incident, Marshall was granted supervised launch the next day.

The Brooklyn District Lawyer’s Workplace famous that the fees filed will not be eligible for bail beneath present New York regulation.
