Brotherhood Campaign not too long ago hosted its eleventh Annual Camp P.L.U.S. (Preserving Legacies and Uniting Sisterhood) Younger Girls’s Empowerment Retreat to supply the youth with instruments they want to reach college and life.
Fifty younger ladies from South LA and Inglewood participated in this system held at Camp Bob Waldorf within the Glendale Mountains. The theme was “Be the Shoulders Others Can Stand Upon.”

“The retreat challenged our individuals with thrilling actions like mountaineering, excessive ropes, archery, and yoga—experiences that aren’t all the time accessible to our youth. By these actions, that they had the chance to construct self- confidence, teamwork, and resilience. Moreover, every younger woman designed and adorned a journal and thru guided workout routines, deep self-reflection and self-actualization they started to plan and write a path for private progress,” stated Charisse Bremond Weaver, president and CEO of the Brotherhood Campaign.
