Brit Eady Sues Bravo for $20M Over NSFW Poster at Kenya Moore Event

Brit Eady has filed a $20 million lawsuit towards Bravo, claiming the community aired and promoted a false and damaging picture that appeared to indicate her performing a sexual act.

In courtroom paperwork obtained by TMZ, Eady alleges that promotional posters handed out by Actual Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore throughout her salon opening in June 2024 falsely depicted Eady participating in oral intercourse. Though Eady didn’t attend the occasion, she says she was blindsided by the picture as soon as it surfaced publicly, a second that sparked rapid outrage and controversy.

Following the incident, Moore was reportedly faraway from the solid.

Eady’s lawsuit names Bravo, NBCUniversal, and the manufacturing firms Really Unique and Endemol Shine North America. She accuses them of defamation, sexual harassment, intentional infliction of emotional misery, and fostering a hostile work surroundings. In keeping with the swimsuit, Bravo knowingly contributed to what Eady calls a “gendered assault” and continued to air footage and solid commentary concerning the state of affairs in an episode that aired in April 2025.

The lawsuit additionally asserts that Bravo pressured Eady to return to work regardless of the emotional toll the incident took on her. She claims she was subjected to offensive, sexualized conduct and remarks, making it tough to proceed working in that surroundings.

Eady is now demanding the episode be faraway from all platforms and is searching for not less than $20 million in damages. She additionally publicly addressed the controversy on social media, denying she was the girl within the picture and confirming that she skipped the season’s reunion taping.
