Black Man Who Spent Decades On Death Row Has Case Dismissed

A Black man in Ohio who spent over 25 years on loss of life row had his case dismissed on Friday. 

In keeping with CBS Information, Elwood Jones was convicted of aggravated homicide, theft, and housebreaking in 1994 over the loss of life of 67-year-old Rhoda Nathan.
