She referred to as a tow truck, as firm coverage requires, and notified the shoppers concerning the delay.

Whereas ready, a younger lady approached her window and provided her grandfather’s assist for $100. Wilson refused, for the reason that tow truck was already on its manner. That’s when Fritzinger stepped in, standing in entrance of the automobile and claiming solely he had the proper to drag the van out. He refused to maneuver, daring Wilson to run over him.

Fritzinger’s grownup grandson joined the confrontation, shoving the tow truck driver in a quick scuffle. He even tried to contain his canine, which walked away. The state of affairs escalated, with Fritzinger persevering with to dam Wilson’s van. Feeling unsafe, she referred to as 911.

Deputy Jett Bloom arrived and reviewed video footage Wilson had recorded, which confirmed her account. Fritzinger was arrested and later convicted of felony false imprisonment in July.
