Beyoncé Pays $100,000 To Extend Metrorail Hours For DMV Fans

Beyoncé’s vocals have been going to hit the DMV, rain or shine. 

The “Alien Celebrity” singer went all out for her “D.C., Maryland, Virginia (DMV)” crowd each throughout and after the Aug. 6 Renaissance tour date on the FedEx Discipline in Landover, MD. The entertainer’s tour paid $100,000 to increase the Metrorail’s nightly transportation so concertgoers might simply return residence following her set, which was delayed resulting from dangerous climate.

DMV Renaissance tour attendees had 90 minutes extra of service for the Metrorail than they often would on a Saturday night time. Furthermore, all 98 Metrorail practice stations remained open for prolonged hours, in keeping with NBC Washington.
