Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor Exits Restaurant Due to Confederate Flag

Ellis-Taylor’s remembrance comes amid the discharge of her newest movie, “Origin.” The Ava DuVernay-directed function, based mostly on Isabel Wilkerson’s 2020 non-fiction guide Caste: The Origins of Our Discontents, touches on enduring symbols of discrimination, amongst others.
