Artscape 2025: Thousands turns out for Artscape’s Memorial Day makeover

Artscape returned to Baltimore at a unique time of 12 months and in a brand new location over the 2025 Memorial Day weekend.

LaBreya Smith, seated at Warfare Memorial Plaza together with her household on Could 24, stated the draw to this 12 months’s Artscape was “largely the artists.”
