The annual Closing Fairness Hole Convention took over downtown Baltimore for 4 days, bringing collectively 1000’s of individuals to attach and diversify their companies. 

The convention was hosted by the Nationwide Minority Provider Growth Council (NMSDC) and Minority Enterprise Growth Company (MBDA) and occurred on the Baltimore Conference Heart from Oct. 21-25. Serene Residence Care focuses on connecting households with dwelling care suppliers for seniors. Whereas on the convention, she met with healthcare suppliers to assist develop her enterprise.

Nia McAdoo, the curator for the Homage Exhibit, a set of personal Black artifacts, was amongst these promoting their companies for suppliers. The Homage Exhibit is run by McAdoo and her husband, Morris McAdoo.
