South African singer Tyla has discovered herself on the centre of an sudden feud after American rapper Yung Miami accused her of stealing a track idea.

The controversy erupted on social media when Yung Miami tweeted that the South African singer had allegedly copied the concept for her upcoming single titled Chanel.

Yung Miami, actual title Caresha Brownlee, claimed that she performed her unreleased monitor Take Me to Chanel for Tyla.

The South African star then introduced her personal single with an identical title and theme, in accordance with Sizzling New Hip Hop.

TYLA AND ‘CHANEL’

The rapper took to X (previously Twitter), writing that somebody had “ran off” together with her track.

She then later hinted that the South African singer was the offender by tweeting, “Take me to Chanel > put me in Chanel”, in accordance with Advanced.
