Police Arrest White Man Charged with Brutally Attacking Oregon Black Food Truck Owner As Business Reopens

The Portland Police Bureau has arrested the person linked to a latest “racially motivated” assault on a Black meals truck proprietor.

The suspect was arrested, charged with a second-degree assault and booked within the Multnomah County Jail.

Authorities arrested Daniel Thomas Warren on Sunday, July 2, after he was noticed by two officers who noticed him strolling on the 12300 block of Southeast Division Avenue, in response to KPTV.
