White House says admiral ordered follow-up strike in Caribbean

WASHINGTON (AP) — The White Home stated Monday {that a} Navy admiral acted “inside his authority and the legislation” when he ordered a second, follow-up strike on an alleged drug boat within the Caribbean Sea in a September U.S. navy operation that has come below bipartisan scrutiny.
