Black workers are mentally impacted by economic, health concerns

Black staff prioritize their psychological well-being greater than every other racial group, in response to a survey by the employment platform Oyster.

The platform surveyed greater than 2,500 desk-based – or so-called information workers — and located that greater than 58% of Black staff globally selected their psychological well-being as their high precedence.
