Black Men United and People’s Independent Church of Christ Bring Hope and Resources to the Crenshaw Community – Los Angeles Sentinel

Black Males United now operates in 39 states and two nations, offering greater than giveaways. Their applications embody workforce growth, meals safety initiatives, violence intervention, mediation, and pc literacy courses—sources designed to assist neighborhood members rebuild and thrive.

“We’re not anti-anybody,” Younger added. “However we’re unapologetically professional‑Black. We’re right here to construct bridges, not partitions. Love ain’t love until you give it away—and that’s what retains us going.”

Affiliate Pastor Joe Paul of Individuals’s Impartial Church of Christ, a Crenshaw native, stood close by greeting attendees. “That is our second neighborhood occasion,” Paul defined. “Our aim is to construct relationships with the neighborhood that surrounds this church. We wish to help grandmothers, single mothers, households which are struggling, and children in danger.
