Asa Philip Randolph, Civil Rights Pioneer, Passes Away at 90

Born in Crescent Metropolis, Fla., Asa Philip Randolph got here into the world on April 15, 1889 to James William Randolph and Elizabeth Robinson Randolph. In 1925 Randolph started representing members of the Brotherhood of Sleeping Automotive Porters as president.
