The Pentagon chief loses bid to reject 9/11 plea deals

WASHINGTON (AP) — A army appeals courtroom has dominated in opposition to Protection Secretary Lloyd Austin’s effort to throw out the plea offers reached for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two different defendants within the 9/11 assaults, a U.S. official stated.

The choice places again on monitor the agreements that might have the three males plead responsible to one of many deadliest assaults on the USA in change for being spared the potential for the demise penalty.
