Feds Demand Policy Overhaul of Georgia Sheriff’s Office After Deputies Deployed Dogs to Sweep for ‘Some Weed’ In HBCU Lacrosse Players’ Bus During Minor Traffic Stop; No Drugs Were Found

The Division of Justice has reached an settlement with a sheriff’s workplace in Georgia to overview its bias-free policing insurance policies and procedures after deputies carried out a visitors cease on a bus stuffed with Black HBCU lacrosse gamers final 12 months underneath the pretense of a minor visitors violation.
