ColorComm CEO Lauren Wesley Wilson’s New Book ‘What Do You Need?’ Is a Blueprint for Career Success

In her EBONY interview, Wilson emphasised the significance of self-awareness and understanding one’s wants in skilled settings. She emphasised the significance of repackaging and simplifying the idea of DEI to foster higher understanding and collaboration throughout various backgrounds.
