Cheronda Hutton-Ballard has been residing in the identical home for nearly eighteen years, however she was unaware of its wealthy previous. Hutton-Ballard expressed that she understood the significance her residence held within the days, saying, “They had been really voting right here in 1946 so that they had been rather well superior earlier than their time.
