Prosecutors say Pornhub “knowingly enriched itself by turning a blind eye” to the complaints from victims who informed the positioning the movies have been posted with out their consent. The fees stem from Aylo internet hosting movies and accepting funds from a now-defunct movie manufacturing firm GirlsDoPorn.

Operators of that former manufacturing firm have been convicted of intercourse trafficking prices, together with coercing younger girls into participating in sexual acts on digital camera that have been then posted on Pornhub and different grownup websites with out their consent. Aylo Holdings is accused of accepting greater than $100,000 between 2017 to 2020 that the corporate both knew or ought to have identified got here from GirlsDoPorn intercourse trafficking operations.
