Choose Lake Charles For Creole Tradition And Culinary Cuisine

Lake Charles is brimming with cultural traditions which are native to southern Louisiana, which can be dwelling to culinary visionaries who pack these traditions into each meal.

The notable chef shared a few of his well-known Creole household recipes impressed by his famend grandmother Leah Chase, a James Beard Basis award winner and the “Queen of Creole Delicacies.”
