Activists Remove Bizarre, Racist Halloween Decorations Depicting Black Bodies Hanging from Trees In Black Neighborhood

Public outcry introduced Houston-area activists to 1 predominantly Black neighborhood to take away a really weird and offensive set of Halloween decorations that resembled Black our bodies hanging the wrong way up from timber.
