Texas A&M University president resigns over Black journalist’s hiring controversy

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Texas A&M College on Friday introduced the resignation of its president within the fallout over a Black journalist who mentioned her celebrated hiring at one of many nation’s largest campuses rapidly unraveled because of pushback over her previous work selling range.
