Nationwide — Effie Wynn, a 73-year-old African American faculty bus driver from Lynchburg, Virginia, was arrested after allegedly strangling a scholar on the bus whereas parked at a college. Police say she faces strangulation and little one neglect costs.
Lynchburg police responded to Linkhorne Elementary Faculty on March 30 after reviews of a “disorderly particular person.” When officers arrived, they started investigating an incident reported inside a college bus parked on faculty property.
