Melvin Edwards, Groundbreaking Sculptor Of Black Resistance

Melvin Edwards, a groundbreaking sculptor identified for reworking welded metal into highly effective reflections on African-American historical past and resistance, died March 30 at 88 in his Baltimore dwelling.
