The Springboks have clinched a well-deserved victory towards the Wallabies after promising a victory for “Liefling van Loftus” Derick Hougaard.
Earlier this week SA Rugby director devoted the primary Rugby Championship match to the recovering retired participant who just lately contracting a critical sickness.
South Africa beat Australia 43-12 in a match performed on Hougaard’s homeground; Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria.

SPRINGBOKS DEDICATE WIN TO DERICK HOUGAARD
Derick Hougaard – who retired from the Springboks in 2015 – is recovering at house after spending over two weeks in ICU after contracting a critical sickness.
In a press convention earlier this week, Rassie Erasmus shared his finest needs with the “Outdated Boy”.

He additionally revealed that the Springboks had devoted their match – on Derick’s house turf – to the recovering star athlete.

In line with The Citizen, he mentioned: “We’re very glad that Derick is getting higher.
“We’re enjoying at Loftus this weekend, and he was often known as the ‘Liefling of Loftus,’ so hopefully, we are able to get a win for him this weekend.”
Following the Springboks win, followers of Derick shared their pleasure on the victory.
