Swizz Beatz Owes $5.7 Million in Unpaid Taxes

*Swizz Beatz is going through a mounting federal tax burden that has grown to greater than $5.7 million.

In accordance with the New York Submit, Metropolis finance data present Beatz, whose authorized identify is Kasseem Dean, was hit with a $1,242,984 IRS lien in January masking unpaid 2024 earnings taxes. When added to beforehand recorded liens of $4,482,273 masking his 2022 and 2023 returns, the grand whole reaches $5,725,257 in excellent federal taxes. In accordance with All Hip Hop Beatz beforehand cleared a $655,785 IRS debt in 2016 stemming from unpaid taxes throughout three separate years — 2009, 2014, and 2015.

“Giants affords an thrilling alternative for MCASD to take part extra meaningfully in essential dialogues about Black pleasure, resistance and cultural identification in modern artwork,” stated Amy Crum, MCASD affiliate curator. “Lots of the artists within the exhibition are already in MCASD’s assortment and the exhibition will give our guests an opportunity to expertise them in a brand new approach.”
